Since 2012, we have applied the GRI methodology to identify and prioritize stakeholders according to their level of influence and dependence on our operations. This process allows us to understand their expectations and needs, integrate them into our sustainability management and strengthen transparent dialogue, consolidating long-term relationships that contribute to social and economic development.

    Since 2018, we have carried out periodic reviews that cover our corporate strategy on social responsibility, human rights, socio-economic studies, international standards (GRI, Global Compact, SASB), along with an analysis of the domestic and international context of the mining sector.

    This methodology reinforces the transparency of our operations and ensures that our strategy is aligned with the expectations of those who interact with the Company.
